Shipping Policy

General Shipping

  • All products are generally fulfilled from Shenzhen, China, unless otherwise stated.
  • Packaging of products is at the company’s discretion.
  • All shipping costs and related service fees will be borne by the customer. These costs will be displayed on the site at checkout or communicated separately.
  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, import duties, and customs clearance applicable in their country.

Delivery & Address Information

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

If you need to change or update your delivery details (such as address, name, ID number & Mandarin name for Taiwan (ROC), or PCCC for Korea), please contact us before your order is shipped. We will update the information in our system accordingly.

  • For Korea: A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required for import clearance. Apply at the Korea Customs Service website: unipass.customs.go.kr.
  • For Taiwan (ROC): An ID Number and your Mandarin name are required under Taiwan Customs’ Real-Name Authentication system.

Once an order has been shipped, any changes to the delivery address or details must be arranged directly with the local postal or courier service. The company cannot make such changes after dispatch.

If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the courier may make re-delivery attempts (subject to the courier’s policy). After the maximum attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional storage or re-delivery fees may apply.

Delivery Timeline

  • Unless otherwise stated, orders will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible.
  • All delivery schedules are estimates only. The company accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by shipping carriers, customs, product availability, or other external factors.
  • Once your order has been shipped by our fulfilment centre, it will take up to 14 days to reach you.
  • We are working to have all orders from Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, The Philippines, Taiwan (ROC), South Korea shipped out by mid-October 2025, so that they arrive before the concert in the respective cities.
  • For Indonesia, orders are expected to be shipped out at the beginning of November from our Fulfilment center in Jakarta, It may take up to 4 working days to reach you. 

Additional Terms

  • The company reserves the right to charge for any additional storage fees or re-delivery costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information.
